TERMS & CONDITIONS – LANGEBERG BUS - DIENSTE
Seats are allocated on a first come first line basis. If any other special arrangement is required, the ticket office must be contacted where an
extra fee will be charged.
All seats to be paid in advance 12 hours prior to departure.
Reservations NOT PAID as set out above, will be cancelled by the system without further notice. Ensure that payment is made, and proof
thereof is Emailed and or confirmed by telephone on our a/h number 079 493 3838. Please note that a cancellation fee is payable on all
cancellations. Refunds – We do not refund other than with a coupon for you to use again, a cancellation or admin fee will be applicable as
well. All bank deposits must be confirmed with the applicable reference number. E-mailing the deposit slip to us with reference number will
also be acceptable.
Please be at the pick-up point 30 minutes before the time shown on the ticket. (It is the responsibility of the passenger to be at the
pick-up points at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up / departure time. Should anyone fail to be at the designated point the
bus might leave 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time with or without you. No refund will be awarded should anyone fail to
be at the pick-up point.)
Do not leave the bus without the consent of the driver/person in charge.
Luggage Policy:
Luggage of passengers is transported at own risk. Passengers must ensure that their luggage are adequately insured.
LANGEBERG Mini – Bus Dienste do not accept any responsibility for loss or damages to luggage.
• We do not transport any pets.
• We transport firearms, bicycles, surf boards and wheelchairs with prior arrangement at extra costs.
• Total Luggage weight not more than 25 kg & hand luggage 7 kg.
• 1x Large Suitcase and 2x small suitcases or 3 (three) medium size suitcases plus small hand luggage will be allowed. Extra luggage and or
pieces will be charged for.
No boxes, crates, “perishables” or goods, only suitcases or bags. PLEASE MARK ALL LUGGAGE CLEARLY FOR IDENTIFICATION
PURPOSES. No smoking or the use of alcohol, while in transit, will be allowed.
Items left behind will carry a handling fee according to size and weight.
Do not leave your seat while the bus is in motion. It is an offence for any person trying to force the passenger door open while the bus is in
motion. LANGEBERG Mini – Bus Dienste is not responsible for any injury sustained.
Although we take all care to ensure that our busses run on time, LANGEBERG Mini – Bus Dienste cannot be held responsible for any
losses due to delays.
Passenger transport is undertaken strictly according to permit stipulations. Under no circumstances will a passenger be dropped off other
than the designated pick-up and drop-off points.
Tickets are not transferable.
LANGEBERG Mini – Bus Dienste retain the right to demand identification. Right of identification is reserved.

Right of Admission is reserved.
The purchase of the ticket is confirmation of acceptance of terms and conditions.
Please be at the pick-up point 30 minutes before indicated time of departure.
Do not leave the bus without the driver’s consent. At every stop CLEAR indication and instructions will be given by the driver.

Route may be cancelled or changed in accordance with the discretion of management. Alternative arrangements if available and if possible,
will be made, or alternatively the amount paid, will be refunded. Please note that scheduled times may be changed by management if and
when the need arises.
